Governance and operational ownership were managed through an IT Manager led project to communicate EDI shipment transactions from Base2 to JD Edwards, with IT staff providing support continuity by backing up the local Network Administrator when required. The project work combined WMS configuration, EDI orchestration, and cross functional coordination between IT, warehouse, and ERP teams to operationalize shipment data flows. | |
