Workstreams emphasized chart of accounts design, transactional controls, and operational workflow mapping, with the program manager building relationships across manufacturing sites and corporate functions to drive requirements and validation. Testing and cutover planning reflected phased regional sequencing to isolate operational risk between the U.S. and Canada deployments.
Operational coverage included oversight of IT operations across seven U.S. locations, with day to day production support retained with a managed service provider. The program manager maintained accountability for a division IT budget of $1.2M annually while consolidating services and service providers to simplify the infrastructure architecture.
