Mandata TMS integration points were evident in shared usage scenarios, for example invoice resolution workflows and maintenance of fuel and utility consumption records that fed finance and operations processes. Operational governance was formalized through process responsibilities and data ownership, with staff assigned to rate checking, invoice query resolution and maintenance of holiday and absence records for port operatives. The rollout emphasized end user configuration for billing and time capture, embedding Mandata TMS into procurement to finance handoffs and health and safety meeting recordkeeping.
