Telephony and user coordination were managed through Cisco Unity Console and endpoint support, and SQL and VMware administration responsibilities were retained to ensure platform stability. Documented outcomes from the engagement include a new IT process documentation guide, delivery of EDI Integration Manager capabilities to onboard partner accounts, facilitation of scalable IT services for approximately 300 operational employees, and targeted ERP upgrades that revitalized performance of the IntegraSys DSD environment.
