LogicSource delivered strategic sourcing expertise and market leverage as part of the multi-year engagement to align supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies with the OneMarket platform. The deployment emphasized transparency throughout the supply chain and integration with Burlington procurement workflows and supplier management processes, operating across merchandising, marketing and store procurement functions. Operational coverage included centralized sourcing oversight and buyer enablement for retail merchandising and printed materials procurement. Governance changes were driven by advisory-led process standardization, centralized buying governance and analytics driven sourcing decisions. LogicSource identified a broad range of efficiency and cost savings opportunities and the engagement aimed to provide increased efficiency and cost savings through OneMarket Buyer and OneMarket Analytics.
