Neova Sigorta Insurance 441 $325M Turkey SAS Institute SAS Dynamic Actuarial Modeling Analytics and BI 2024 Sade Turkey In 2024 Neova Sigorta began deployment of SAS Dynamic Actuarial Modeling to modernize auto premium pricing, aligning the initiative with its Analytics and BI roadmap for pricing and underwriting. The project scope targets ML based rate making across underwriting and pricing functions in Turkey and is being executed with SAS partner Sade Turkey, with a staged production go live planned for 2025. The implementation centers on actuarial model development and operationalization capabilities provided by SAS Dynamic Actuarial Modeling, including model development for machine learning rate setting, model validation and versioning, and automated rate generation for ratebook updates. Configuration emphasized reproducible model workflows and model governance artifacts common to Analytics and BI deployments, supporting direct actuarial control over feature engineering and experiment management. Operationally the solution is positioned to feed underwriting decision processes and pricing workflows, with model scoring and rate outputs consumed by underwriting and pricing teams across Neova Sigorta in Turkey. Deployment architecture follows a centralized analytics platform pattern, where SAS Dynamic Actuarial Modeling houses the model lifecycle while scoring artifacts are exported into existing pricing operational channels used by underwriting and distribution teams. Governance and rollout are structured as a phased program, implemented with Sade Turkey starting in 2024 and scheduled for phased activation in 2025, with explicit emphasis on actuarial model governance and change control during rollout. The program explicitly aims to deliver better prices to up to 95% of customers and to improve sales and combined ratio as projected once the SAS Dynamic Actuarial Modeling platform is in production.
