Motus Mobilize was configured to provide core Workforce Management capabilities including mobile mileage capture, traveler expense and reimbursement routing, and mobile-optimized user workflows. Configuration work followed established HRIS practices at Hologic, including development of business requirements, system configuration, creation of test scripts, execution of user acceptance testing, and delivery of end user training materials and sessions. Integrations were implemented between Motus Mobilize and Hologic’s broader HR and payroll ecosystem, leveraging interfaces already managed by the HRIS team. Those integrations included Oracle E Business Suite, Taleo, BusinesSolver and ADP to synchronize employee master data, expense and reimbursement records, and reporting feeds into HR analytics tools. Operational governance was retained within Hologic’s HRIS and IS organization, with change control, daily processing monitoring, and cross functional communication between HR, IS and payroll teams. Rollout and ongoing support relied on established processes for requirements management, testing and training, ensuring Motus Mobilize data was incorporated into existing HR workflows and reporting structures.
