The deployment targeted contact centre workforce planning, forecasting, schedule automation and real-time adherence to manage inbound and outbound campaign activity across U.K. and international channels. Calabrio Teleopti WFM was configured to deliver forecasting, capacity planning, shift scheduling, real-time adherence monitoring and MI reporting. Configuration work documented in operational practices included strategic dialing pattern design, campaign-level schedule templates, end-to-end UAT test plans, automation rules for intra-day resource movement and scheduled capacity planning cycles to align agent supply with propensity driven campaign demand. Integrations were implemented with existing telephony and reporting ecosystems, specifically Cisco and Verint reporting tools and dialler platforms such as Altitude and Noetica Synthesys, to synchronize adherence, campaign performance and propensity signals. Reporting workflows combined Calabrio Teleopti WFM outputs with Advanced SQL extracts and Excel-based MI to support CSAT analysis, propensity impact monitoring and monthly audits for Ofcom and outbound code compliance. Governance emphasized structured functional and non-functional testing, defect raising and tracking, cross-stakeholder collaboration between operations, marketing and IT, and monthly audit routines to enforce regulatory codes. Operational use centered on contact centre workforce management, campaign supervision and real-time resourcing practices rather than on standalone analytics tasks.
