Governance and operational ownership centered on a dedicated RHdireto focal point who provided implementation support, training, and ongoing issue monitoring with IT. The program included KPI monitoring of team case closures, validation and mapping of internal HR processes with business stakeholders, and coordination across cross-functional teams to manage service routing and policy publication. | |
