BradyPLUS | Distribution | 6000 | $1.5B | United States | Motus | Motus Mobilize | Workforce Management | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019, BradyPLUS implemented Motus Mobilize as its Workforce Management application. The deployment focused on mileage reimbursement and workforce assignment tracking to support field sales reimbursement workflows and HR operational processes.
Motus Mobilize was configured to manage mileage reimbursement submission and approval workflows, to serve as the primary record for reimbursement eligibility, and to capture employee assignment changes that affect payables. Configuration emphasized expense capture, approval routing to Accounts Payable, and maintenance of user status for sales personnel so reimbursements reflected current hire and termination data.
Operational integration connected Motus Mobilize into BradyPLUS HR and finance touchpoints, with HR Coordinators approving and submitting Motus mileage reimbursements to Accounts Payable. The implementation worked alongside Dynafile for electronic personnel file audits, ADP for payroll change notices, SharePoint for disciplinary and claims documentation, and iCIMS for recruiting related tasks, while Hytest was used by operations for a safety boot voucher program and received new hire and termination notices from HR workflows.
Governance of Motus Mobilize usage was embedded in HR leadership routines, with the VP of HR and Regional Director of HR delegating day to day responsibilities to HR Coordinators and local HR generalists. Standard operating procedures included weekly uploads and audits of new hire and termination records, alignment of Motus Mobilize entries with Dynafile and ADP records, and approval handoffs to Accounts Payable to maintain the reimbursement process integrity.
