Wynn Las Vegas Leisure and Hospitality 6340 $2.6B United States DigiValet DigiValet Guest Management 2023 n/a In 2023, Wynn Las Vegas deployed DigiValet Guest Management across its flagship property as part of a floor by floor refurbishment, rolling the DigiValet solution into more than 4,700 rooms and completing the installation in under six months while the hotel remained operational. The program targeted both towers and convention guest flows, and achieved high adoption with 90% of guests using the in-room iPad and voice activated room experience each night, and more than 40% of guests using Alexa for room and TV controls. The DigiValet implementation encompassed in-room automation, voice activation, and in-room dining modules, with configuration work to support iPad user interfaces, Alexa voice controls, and custom dining workflows. DigiValet’s in-room dining capability was configured to capture allergens, preferences, order notes, and promise delivery times from the guest iPad app, and to calculate and communicate estimated delivery times to guests based on queue volumes. Custom workflows were implemented to regulate concurrent orders and to route orders between tower kitchens when one kitchen was out of order. Operational integrations were explicitly implemented with Simphony POS, where order data and menu changes are sent from the DigiValet in-room iPad app to Simphony POS and printed on KOT for kitchen operations, and menu updates made by F and B teams are reflected immediately on the guest room interface. The solution also included capability to tailor the room experience for convention guests, enabling the hotel operations team to promote specific TV channels, publish daily agendas to rooms, present curated menu items, and surface targeted promotions for event attendees. Rollout governance followed a strict floor by floor plan, limiting room outage to a maximum of 24 hours per floor to maintain occupancy and operations, with tight coordination between Wynn and DigiValet teams to sustain a continuous hotel operation during installation. The deployment was completed within six months and did not hinder daily hotel operations. Reported outcomes include increased use of the DigiValet app for in-room automation and ordering, higher in-room dining revenue for both towers, and reduced reliance on full time staff solely for order taking.
