The South East Asian brand had been using ReviewPro solutions for eight years, specifically the Hotel Reputation and Guest Survey solutions, and extended that footprint with Shiji Reviewpro Reputation to target Thai language review performance and local review sites. The deployment configured core reputation management and guest survey modules, including Hotel Reputation and Guest Survey, to capture and analyze post stay feedback using PMS filters segmented by nationality. Configuration emphasized monitoring the Global Review Index GRI and GRM metrics, and enabled segmentation and reporting for Thai language reviews and Agoda site performance. Operational experiments focused on arrival, breakfast, room and check in experience, with teams conducting direct outreach to guests who gave low breakfast scores, adjusting menu content, labeling, reservation timing and family entertainment options based on feedback. The implementation linked review site monitoring and survey data to hotel operations workflows, and successful tests were codified into operations procedures and rolled out across the local brands. Rollout governance followed a test measure repeat model led by the corporate guest experience team, aligning front office, food and beverage and guest services around standardized remediation and expectation setting. After the program Centara reported measurable improvements, with overall guest satisfaction GRM increasing by 0.6 points, Thai guest satisfaction indexes rising by 1.6 points, and Agoda review scores improving by 0.7 points, alongside documented gains in Thai language review ratings and the Global Review Index GRI. Shiji Reviewpro Reputation served as the analytics and orchestration layer to capture feedback, validate experiments and embed winning changes into operational procedures.
