Configuration work included customizing standard project profiles and network profiles, coding masks, status profiles, validation and substitution rules, and Dynamic Item Processor profiles to create sales quotations from planned costs using Easy Cost Planning and unit and detailed costing methods. Standard project templates were maintained with WBS elements, networks, activities and activity elements to accelerate project setup. Project Execution was integrated with PP, MM, CO, SD and PPM to align production planning, procurement, controlling and sales billing processes with project accounting. Project billing was configured for milestone billing, period-end closing and project settlement to ensure alignment between project milestones and financial postings. Governance and rollout followed BBP and Realization phases, with business blueprint documents, Visio flowcharts, functional specifications, and integrated and unit test case documentation produced to drive requirements and test coverage. End users received training on end-to-end SAP Project Systems business processes, supporting controlled testing, validation and rollout of project controlling workflows. | |
