The deployment was coordinated with the Mainframe Center of Excellence, which included a knowledge transfer and onboarding of six offshore resources, an IBM OPTIM proof of concept to mask sensitive data, and the application of DevOps practices for resource planning. Program governance included monthly updates to the Executive Sponsor, the QAD Precision Steering Committee, and the Transportation Technology Steering Committee. Operational ownership was structured under an Account Support Team Manager who managed eight employees, six onshore contractors, and six offshore resources, and a Mainframe Training Program and ERP Standardization High Performance Team were used to institute workflow and data governance changes.
