Operational coverage spans shop floor production, HR, procurement and executive reporting, with process automation running from the production line to the board room and standardized data capture across sites. Governance and workflow changes focused on standardizing data collection and automating routine approvals, enabling automated alerts for HR activities and formalized supplier and material validation workflows to protect quality standards. The company reports improved efficiency, time savings and cost savings as a result of the K2 Software processes and identifies continued work to extend automation toward a paperless factory while maintaining product quality. | |
