Dyna & Cia S.A. | Distribution | 375 | $30M | Colombia | Siesa | Siesa Enterprise | ERP Financial | 2005 | n/a | In 2005 Dyna & Cia S.A. implemented Siesa Enterprise as its core ERP Financial application. The deployment established a single transactional backbone for finance and distribution operations at the company. This implementation positioned Siesa Enterprise to manage financial accounting, commercial processes, retail point of sale, payroll, and business intelligence in a unified environment. Siesa Enterprise was configured to run the Financiero, comercial, POS, Nómina, and BI modules, aligning with the ERP Financial category functional footprint. Configurations covered general ledger, accounts payable and receivable workflows, inventory movements linked to commercial sales processes, point of sale transaction processing, payroll calculation and statutory reporting, and consolidated BI reporting for management. The Siesa Enterprise environment centralized master data and transactional posting rules to maintain consistency across those modules. Operational coverage included finance, commercial sales, retail point of sale operations, and human resources payroll activities across Dyna & Cia S.A. in Colombia. Data flows were implemented between POS, inventory, commercial order processing, and financial posting within Siesa Enterprise to enable end to end transaction traceability. BI capabilities were used to surface financial and commercial metrics to operational managers and finance users. Governance centered on centralized control of the chart of accounts, approval workflows for financial postings and commercial credit, and role based access to payroll and POS functions within Siesa Enterprise. The implementation emphasized process standardization and consolidated reporting rather than point integrations with external systems.

Dyna & Cia S.A. | Distribution | 375 | $30M | Colombia | Siesa | Siesa POS | Point Of Sale | 2005 | n/a | In 2005, Dyna & Cia S.A. implemented Siesa POS as part of a broader Siesa Enterprise deployment, establishing a Point Of Sale foundation for its distribution business in Colombia. The deployment was positioned to support retail and field sales workflows for a 375 employee organization, aligning front-line transaction capture with commercial operations and financial reporting. The implementation encompassed Siesa Enterprise modules Financiero, comercial, POS, Nómina, BI, with Siesa POS handling cashier and point of sale transaction processing. Configuration work focused on integrated transactional flows so sales captured at the Point Of Sale posted into Financiero for accounting and into comercial for inventory and order management, while Nómina received HR and payroll-relevant transaction data and BI consolidated transactional and master data for reporting and analysis. Operational scope included commercial, finance and HR functions across Dyna & Cia S.A., instrumenting standard POS capabilities such as transaction capture, sales reconciliation, and inventory movement recording. Governance changes emphasized unified master data and consolidated posting rules to ensure consistent fiscal posting and reporting, and BI was used to standardize operational dashboards and period close feeds for commercial and financial teams.
