Governance and process changes were driven from the asset and work management function, where the Manager Asset and Work Management led development of the asset strategy on Ventyx Asset Suite and provided daily direction to ensure timely issue resolution. The regional design management context included oversight of 13kV service design and a budget in excess of 20M dollars annually, which informed configuration priorities for project tracking, maintenance planning, and operational control within the Hitachi Ventyx Asset Suite EAM environment. | |
