SHIFT Communications | Communications | 150 | $12M | United States | Dun & Bradstreet | D&B Lattice Engines | Account Based Marketing | 2014 | n/a | In 2014, SHIFT Communications implemented D&B Lattice Engines as an Account Based Marketing application to strengthen its B2B technology practice. The deployment was centered within the agency's B2B technology team, which supported clients including FinancialForce, Five 9, Lattice Engines, Gigya, Vitesse Semiconductors, MessageSystems, Vormetrics, and Personify, aligning ABM tooling to client-facing campaign work. SHIFT configured D&B Lattice Engines to support standard Account Based Marketing capabilities, including account scoring, target account list creation, audience segmentation, lead to account mapping, profile enrichment, and orchestration of targeted outreach. Workflows were tailored so that intelligence from daily coverage monitoring and monthly share of voice reporting informed account prioritization and segmentation rules. Operationally, D&B Lattice Engines was used alongside existing PR and analytics tooling, with Sysomos providing share of voice analysis for monthly reports, and CisionPoint, Gorkana, and ITDatabase serving as primary media list and briefing sources. The functional scope spanned PR, demand generation, and account-based campaign planning within the B2B technology team, linking media relations activities to account level insights. Governance established routines for daily coverage monitors, monthly reporting cycles, and the assembly of media briefing materials, with responsibilities assigned to the B2B technology team for maintaining media lists and feeding earned media signals into ABM workflows. These process changes formalized how earned media and social monitoring informed account selection and outreach sequencing using D&B Lattice Engines. | |
