Governance and process changes focused on templating and standardized event consoles to maintain brand consistency and scale program delivery. Outcomes reported by FloQast included a 47 percent year over year increase in annual conference attendance from 1,700 to 2,500, improved lead scoring, and stronger activation of the sales team through delivery of audience insights.
