Governance and process changes focused on role based access controls, automated audit trails and standardized appraisal and supervision templates. The HR team restructured intake cadence and approval workflows to support fortnightly intakes, and managers were given direct access to performance management artifacts to reduce HR gatekeeping while preserving compliance controls. Outcomes reported by CASPA include halving recruitment turnaround time and reduced onboarding administration, enabling the HR team to prioritize strategic HR tasks rather than administrative catch up.
