Administrators developed and executed ad hoc queries using SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI to validate datasets, reconcile payouts, and support integration checkpoints, while serving as the liaison between the compensation team and the HRIS team on operational needs. Governance for the JDXpert implementation emphasized staged UAT, administrator led training and communications, and ongoing table audit processes to preserve data integrity. System administration responsibilities were embedded into compensation operations to sustain workflow configuration, address user issues, and support project level efforts such as employee recognition and annual total rewards statements.
