Operational coverage was concentrated in the Zurich Österreich PMO, serving project managers, program controllers and resource planners across the Austria organization. The rollout delivered real-time reporting and increased planning accuracy as reported by the vendor, and governance changes standardized time capture and portfolio reporting workflows to sustain Workforce Management operations within the PMO. | |
