The Munson Group Leisure and Hospitality 1200 $50M United States Instant Financial Instant Financial Earned Wage Access 2025 AllianceHCM In 2025, The Munson Group implemented Instant Financial as an Earned Wage Access solution across its portfolio of Sonic Drive-In and Buffalo Wild Wings franchise locations. The deployment consolidated tipping and paycard vendors by implementing Instant Tips and Instant paycards through payroll partner AllianceHCM, positioning Instant Financial as the primary earned wage access and tip payout mechanism for the organization. The implementation centered on Instant Tips for electronic tip capture and Instant paycards for instant payout, configured to remove manual cash-tip handling at the store level.
