The full application name Wynd OMS was instrumented to manage order lifecycle events, fulfillment workflows, and automated status synchronization across channels. Integrations were implemented with Akeneo PIM for product data, Magento for the web storefront, SAP for backend master and financial data flows, and Unimag POS for in-store transaction and stock synchronization. Operational coverage included a major ecommerce site, 600 physical stores, four data centers, and the maintenance of over 400 business flows, aligning ecommerce, supply chain, store operations, inventory management, and IT operations around a unified order orchestration layer. Governance emphasized creation and organization of the new digital domain within the DSI, the establishment of teams, targeted training, and evangelization of digital processes. Project direction centralized management of PIM and BackOffice web initiatives, supplier coordination, and ongoing maintenance operations with Wynd OMS integrated into the MCO framework. | |
