In 2016 Viessmann implemented Skyvva, an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), to integrate Salesforce with its SAP ERP and deliver a 360° CRM view for sales and service in Germany. Apsara Consulting led the implementation and focused the deployment on improving mobile access for field sales and operational alignment across sales and service teams.
The implementation placed twelve inbound interfaces into production, including accounts, offers, orders, deliveries and invoices, and leveraged Skyvva functionality for SAP master data and order-to-cash interfaces. Configuration emphasized interface orchestration, data mapping and master data synchronization between Salesforce and SAP. The workstream concentrated on inbound CRM feeds and transactional order flows to support sales and service use cases.
Integrations connected Salesforce and Viessmann's SAP ERP to create consistent CRM to ERP data flows, aligning customer, offer and order records across systems. Operational coverage was the German region, with field sales given enhanced mobile access to synchronized CRM and ERP information.
Governance and process changes standardized inbound interfaces and consolidated CRM to ERP workflows, enabling clearer ownership of master data and order-to-cash processes. Project reporting noted measurable outcomes in data quality and process consolidation as a result of the Skyvva implementation.
