NEOMA Business School | Education | 710 | $100M | France | Microsoft | Microsoft Power BI | Analytics and BI | 2021 | In 2021 NEOMA Business School implemented Microsoft Power BI to visualize and analyze CRM data collected in the Cloud through its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing deployment. Microsoft Power BI serves as the institution's Analytics and BI platform to support recruitment and retention decision making across sales and marketing functions. The Power BI implementation emphasizes Modern Analytics capabilities, delivering consolidated dashboards and visualizations that expose learner journey stages from prospecting to graduation. Microsoft Power BI is configured to surface engagement metrics, event registrations and campaign response signals captured in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing, enabling teams to analyze current strategy and inform future scenarios. Deployment and operational coverage were executed simultaneously across NEOMA’s three campuses in Reims Rouen and Paris, and the solution is used by roughly 120 staff in recruitment marketing and student relationship roles. Integrations are explicit between Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing, and the CRM solution also links with the school’s existing educational tools to track trainees in partner companies. Governance and rollout were delivered with Microsoft partner Apsia which formalized CRM requirements designed the technical architecture and led training and change management activities. Apsia provided onsite support 24/7 and ongoing workshops and development resources to extend business features, which enabled cross functional adoption, a single 360 degree contact view and more targeted messaging at defined journey stages.

Evernex | Professional Services | 1000 | $216M | France | SAP | SAP IBP | Advanced Planning and Scheduling | 2021 | In 2021, Evernex implemented SAP IBP for Advanced Planning and Scheduling with support from Apsia to create a consolidated operational view across the group and to enable rapid international deployments. The engagement was anchored on providing general management and investors an exhaustive view of group operations while stabilising an ecosystem of highly interconnected specialised tools for back office functions. The SAP IBP deployment was paired with tactical applications that extend beyond the standard capabilities of the SAP Business ByDesign ERP, and with a Business Intelligence tool to deliver reliable, real time, multi source reporting for decision makers. Functional capabilities implemented included planning and scheduling workflows native to SAP IBP, configurated tactical modules for high return business issues, automated dispatch logic to send parts to the nearest customer or warehouse, and end to end tracking of sales shipments to support operations management. Integrations were explicitly optimised between SAP IBP, the SAP Business ByDesign ERP instance, the BI layer, Salesforce CRM and other ERP systems used in subsidiaries, ensuring integrated data flows for operational staff even when different tools are in use. The solution was delivered as a cloud based architecture with Apsia providing implementation services and orchestration across the planning, BI and ERP components to unify planning data, inventory signals and order execution inputs. Governance changes focused on consolidated reporting and data driven workflows, shifting responsibility for cross system data consolidation to a central function that reports to general management and investors. Outcomes called out in the engagement include better management of operations, increased ROI through improved operational processes, and environmental benefits in the IT hardware maintenance market such as reduced waste and lower carbon footprint through improved reuse and recycling of equipment.

NEOMA Business School | Education | 710 | $100M | France | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing | Marketing Automation | 2021 | In 2021, NEOMA Business School deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing as a central Marketing Automation capability to modernize its CRM and better support student recruitment and retention across its three campuses in Reims, Rouen, and Paris. The initiative targeted recruitment, relationship marketing, admissions, and alumni engagement workflows, and the deployment was provisioned to support about 120 daily users across sales and marketing teams. The implementation combined Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing with Dynamics 365 Sales functionality to centralize learner records in the Cloud and enable end to end journey orchestration from prospecting through admission to graduation. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing implementation included the marketing module for audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, email creation and journey qualification, while Dynamics 365 Sales captured application and admission stages to provide a unified contact profile for each learner. Integrations were explicitly implemented with Power BI and Modern Analytics to visualize CRM data and inform strategy, and the CRM was configured to exchange context with existing educational tools and partner company tracking already in use at NEOMA. The project was delivered with the Microsoft partner Apsia, who formalized technical architecture, provided development resources as needed, and established a deployment that ran simultaneously across the three campuses to ensure consistent data models and campaign logic. Governance and change management emphasized hands on training, field support, 24/7 assistance, and ongoing workshops to iterate on scenarios and expand functionality. The school cited concrete operational benefits such as a consolidated 360 degree view of contacts, more collaborative team workflows, improved prospect targeting with messages tailored to journey stage, and easier campaign creation without intermediary support. Apsia continues to support iterative development and the roadmap includes synchronizing CRM touchpoints with social channels and extending functionality for partner companies.
