The implementation configured Employee Central as the core HR repository, Compensation for salary review and bonus processes, Recruiting for talent intake and tracking, and SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals for campaign based performance reviews and professional interview management. Functional capabilities implemented included performance campaign orchestration, goal setting and alignment, appraisal workflow automation, centralized compensation inputs for salary review, and career interview administration. The project emphasized user friendliness, scalability and simplified manager self service to increase adoption among HR, managers and the Management Committee. Architecturally the new HRIS placed SAP SuccessFactors at the heart of a cloud born HR landscape with a Boomi integration layer providing a single repository for inputs and outputs to third party systems. Integrations explicitly connected the HRIS to AD account provisioning, badge management, expense reporting, time management, recruitment and training systems and payroll touchpoints, enabling automated updates to staff entries and exits. The Boomi integration pattern reduced manual handoffs by routing canonical employee master data from Employee Central to downstream services. Arago Consulting acted as the system integrator, bringing combined SuccessFactors, project and business expertise and cloud native delivery practices to the rollout. Governance changes included centralized campaign scheduling for performance and appraisal cycles, manager access controls for real time HR information, and process redesigns to support high internal mobility volumes and continuous salary review cycles. Rollout prioritized HR, payroll, recruiting and people managers as primary operational users across the organization. The stated benefits from the deployment included accelerated HR processes through automation, a substantial reduction in data double entry, enhanced accessibility for managers and employees, improved HR efficiency, a strengthened internal company image and increased managerial commitment.
