Functional scope focused on Travel & Expense modules including automated expense report processing, travel itinerary and booking consolidation, configurable approval chains, and centralized policy enforcement, with the Core Model designed to accommodate integration points and configuration variations in local SAP landscapes and the existing Nautilus instance. Deployment governance relied on a structured project team that brought together all functions, with strong governance both at headquarters and within local entities to manage wave sequencing, configuration variances, and change control.
