Testing cycles included iterative defect integration driven by business-line feedback, and the deployment preserved existing business process scope while updating the user experience and data model for S/4HANA. Integrations and roadmap items were explicitly scoped, including plans to redeploy SAP CRM 7 capabilities into SAP S/4HANA and to implement SAP S/4HANA Service supported by SAP Field Service Management.
