Governance centered on phased rollouts and cross-functional process changes to support automation and inventory orchestration between point of sale, Production Suite and finance. Early results stated by Seattle Goodwill include increased turnaround time from donation to sale, reduced transaction times to two to three minutes from as much as ten minutes previously, and improved supply chain visibility, and the deployment is positioned as part of a broader digital modernization journey.
