The environment integrates Descartes OzLink for parcel routing, Microsoft PowerBI for analytical reporting sourced from custom combined tables, and is evaluating barcode scanning software and Microsoft Teams for operational collaboration.
Governance and process changes included customized user interfaces, custom reports that join multiple tables into single reporting sets, quality control sets and dashboards, and If Then alert logic to flag late orders and shipments in real time. The rollout covers core distribution, finance, order management, and shipping functions, supports approximately 30 daily Acumatica users and up to 120 seasonal staff, automated manual procedures to reduce errors, streamlined order processing, and avoided the need to add headcount to handle increased order volume.
