Integration and operational coverage were organized around a tight collaborative model between CODiLOG and SAP, with workshops to align host and publisher teams during a six month consulting and design phase. The project was completed in approximately 15 months, with CODiLOG driving project management, scenario selection and regression mitigation, and SAP performing the transformation phase. Training was delivered to approximately 1,100 users and the system cutover impact was constrained to a single weekend interruption. Governance emphasized cross-vendor coordination and risk control, including impact measurement, data retention solutions and performance tuning for very large data volumes. The on-the-fly Unicode conversion and version upgrade was completed with user acceptance and resolved performance issues, and a subsequent upgrade engagement on another entity was later entrusted to CODiLOG.
