Integrations focused on embedding logistics flows and accounting into the SAP core, interfacing external forecast data into supply planning, and automating needs calculation to generate supply requests from CSP warehouses to DPS. Operational coverage spanned finance, logistics, management control, inventory, quality and decision-making processes, and the program introduced a Business Intelligence layer to provide cross-referenced analyzed information across functional axes. From a governance and operational perspective, CODiLOG’s implementation emphasized process autonomy and accounting autonomy for Biogaran, enabling fast financial closes finalized on D+5. After more than one year of operation Biogaran had fully mastered the new information system and was positioned to exploit the SAP ERP ECC 6.0, Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) solution to establish new activities or business units. | |

The implementation purposefully positioned Biogaran to exploit the Awacs solution for new activities and business units while centralizing finance and logistics orchestration on the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial platform. |
