The technical architecture was a cloud migration from AX 2012 on-premise to Microsoft Dynamics 365, centralizing transactional processing and reporting for order to cash and manufacturing workflows. Governance and process transformation were guided by Columbus and Amy's enterprise applications leadership, updating cross-functional workflows across production facilities and centralizing data for inventory, financials and order management.
