Dominos Pizza | Retail | 1630 | $910M | United Kingdom | To-Increase | To-Increase RapidValue | Business Process Management | 2015 | In 2015, Dominos Pizza implemented To-Increase RapidValue as a Business Process Management solution alongside a major AX 2012R3 deployment. The To-Increase RapidValue installation was positioned to support process scoping, requirements capture, and development tooling during the consultancy period and eventual Go-Live, aligning Business Process Management workstreams with Dynamics AX program activities. The deployment covered configuration and automation activities tied to Finance and Supply Chain functional areas and extended to AX Mobile Client scenarios. To-Increase RapidValue was used as a development and rapid-prototyping tool during solution design, enabling structured process modeling and faster handoffs between consulting and technical teams. Columbus acted as the systems integrator for the engagement, with on-site consultants traveling internationally to conduct scoping workshops, map manufacturing and retail fulfillment processes, and deliver end user training across Europe. The implementation integrated To-Increase RapidValue outputs with AX 2012R3 modules for Finance, Supply Chain, and Mobile Client functionality, creating a coordinated application and process layer across those business functions. Governance and rollout used the Sure Step+ methodology, with Change Management Group involvement to manage adoption and user readiness. The project included extensive end user training and travel by consultants, and it received positive notation from the customer for training and go-live support, reflecting successful operational adoption of the Business Process Management capabilities delivered by To-Increase RapidValue. | |
