Configuration work focused on standard retail workflows such as product lifecycle, order to cash, returns processing, and customer support ticket routing to align web content and commerce operations.
Digital Growth Italy served as the implementation partner, delivering the integration work that linked the Odoo instance to Amazon marketplace endpoints and configured Italian accounting rules. The architecture centralized transactional and master data within one Odoo instance, enabling unified inventory and order visibility across the two Naples sites and online channels, and instrumented connectors for marketplace and accounting interoperability.
Governance and rollout details were presented at Odoo Experience 2023, reflecting a coordinated program of system configuration, staff training, and operational cutover across retail and online teams. The project reported explicit post-rollout outcomes, including improvements in customer satisfaction and returns performance, with cited metrics of a 95 percent increase in customer satisfaction and a 350 percent increase in sales after the Odoo Website rollout.
