Operational scope covered HR master data consolidation across five subsidiaries, with downstream consumption by HR, finance and asset management processes. Governance was organized around centralized data provisioning and service-level data endpoints to enable consistent master data usage across the holding, with emphasis on maintainability of webservice payloads and orchestration. The BilisimBI implementation clarified the relationship between Dogus Group, BilisimBI, Analytics and BI, and the HR, finance and asset management business functions.
