VEDA Horizon Time & Security was configured to deliver core Time and Attendance capabilities including centralized time capture, scheduled shift management and access control event logging, while VEDA Horizon Payroll provided unified payroll processing and payroll interface orchestration. The deployment used a centralized VEDA Horizon instance to ensure consistent rules and time-to-pay calculations across entities.
The project integrated dormakaba access hardware with VEDA Horizon software, linking badge reads and door events directly into Time & Security event streams. dormakaba Group acted as the implementation partner, coordinating hardware provisioning and on-site integration work with VEDA for end-to-end attendance and security data flow.
Rollout governance included group-level process harmonization and standardized timekeeping policies to align HR and payroll workflows across the merged companies. The program delivered faster, unified HR and time processes and measurable efficiency gains as reported by the client.
