Air Partner | Transportation | 500 | $92M | United Kingdom | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics NAV | ERP Financial | 2016 |
In 2016, Air Partner engaged eBECS and began an upgrade project to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, deploying Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial system. The engagement followed a focused two-day on-site evaluation by eBECS which concluded that upgrading to the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV version met Air Partner’s requirements without the need to move to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Air Partner’s existing heavily customised Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation had lost user confidence and driven spreadsheet-based period end roll-ups, which informed a project mandate to stabilise core finance operations and deliver a single, supported platform. The implementation concentrated on core financial management, consolidation and reporting capabilities consistent with ERP Financial deployments, and on standardising a single group-wide instance to reduce ad hoc spreadsheet processes and enable timelier management information.
The solution design explicitly included integration with Air Partner’s Axis booking and quotation system to preserve sales and booking workflow continuity while financial processes were centralised in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Operational coverage targeted finance and related management information across the Air Partner group, with user acceptance testing and instructor-led training bringing personnel from North America and Europe to London to support a coordinated cutover.
Governance required a board-level presentation from eBECS that established clear project success criteria and addressed prior delivery concerns, and eBECS acted as the implementation partner leading configuration, testing and cutover planning. The programme worked to a compressed timeline with a target go live at the start of the next financial year in May 2017, requiring tight project controls and cross-functional coordination.
Documented benefits after go live included a stable, supported ERP system, a common finance platform across the group, reduced reliance on spreadsheet-based roll-ups, and full legal, tax and regulatory compliance. The implementation positioned Air Partner to build a more scalable finance function and to extend Microsoft Dynamics NAV usage across business functions as manual processes were removed.

Brothers Cider | Leisure and Hospitality | 200 | $35M | United Kingdom | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics AX | ERP Financial | 2009 |
In 2009, Brothers Cider deployed Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial platform in partnership with eBECS, formalizing a multi-stage implementation that began with Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 in 2005 and included an upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in 2008. Brothers Cider is a privately held UK beverages company and bottler of national brands, and the Microsoft Dynamics AX deployment is positioned to support its commercial and manufacturing operations across the business.
The Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation covers the entire sales, manufacture and shipping process, aligning ERP Financial capabilities with order-to-cash, production-oriented workflows and distribution execution. Configuration work focused on manufacturing and shipping process orchestration, sales order processing and inventory control to support bottling and distribution of branded and own-label cider products.
eBECS acted as the systems integrator and delivery partner, executing an upgrade path that included a recorded three week upgrade activity, and implementing governance and operational controls to support ongoing growth. The project is described by company leadership as a comprehensive, agile and reliable solution that has grown with the business, and Microsoft Dynamics AX remains the core ERP Financial system supporting Brothers Cider operations in the United Kingdom.

In 2017, the Government of Nunavut implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources as its Core HR application, covering HR services for approximately 6,300 employees across the territory. The implementation delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources with explicit modules for Time and Attendance and Payroll, and included a fully customized Leave and Absence requests tracking and approval workflow. Project work included detailed configuration of approval routing and absence tracking, and the team authored a comprehensive solution design document that mapped end to end business processes for HR, Time and Attendance, and Payroll along with the proposed design customizations.
The Systems Integrator eBECS provided implementation services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources deployment, working against the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture. The engagement focused on embedding Core HR capabilities for public sector staffing models and payroll administration, aligning application configuration to Government of Nunavut operational structures.
Governance activities centered on stakeholder engagement and controlled pilot demonstrations, multiple demonstrations of functionality were presented to key stakeholders to validate design decisions. The solution design document served as the authoritative blueprint for rollout sequencing, approval workflow governance, and ongoing configuration management.
