| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics NAV | ERP Financial | ERP | eBECS | 2016 | 2017 |
In 2016, Air Partner engaged eBECS and began an upgrade project to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, deploying Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial system. The engagement followed a focused two-day on-site evaluation by eBECS which concluded that upgrading to the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV version met Air Partner’s requirements without the need to move to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Air Partner’s existing heavily customised Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation had lost user confidence and driven spreadsheet-based period end roll-ups, which informed a project mandate to stabilise core finance operations and deliver a single, supported platform. The implementation concentrated on core financial management, consolidation and reporting capabilities consistent with ERP Financial deployments, and on standardising a single group-wide instance to reduce ad hoc spreadsheet processes and enable timelier management information.
The solution design explicitly included integration with Air Partner’s Axis booking and quotation system to preserve sales and booking workflow continuity while financial processes were centralised in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Operational coverage targeted finance and related management information across the Air Partner group, with user acceptance testing and instructor-led training bringing personnel from North America and Europe to London to support a coordinated cutover.
Governance required a board-level presentation from eBECS that established clear project success criteria and addressed prior delivery concerns, and eBECS acted as the implementation partner leading configuration, testing and cutover planning. The programme worked to a compressed timeline with a target go live at the start of the next financial year in May 2017, requiring tight project controls and cross-functional coordination.
Documented benefits after go live included a stable, supported ERP system, a common finance platform across the group, reduced reliance on spreadsheet-based roll-ups, and full legal, tax and regulatory compliance. The implementation positioned Air Partner to build a more scalable finance function and to extend Microsoft Dynamics NAV usage across business functions as manual processes were removed.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Teams | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Air Partner implemented Microsoft Teams as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution. The deployment was positioned within the Microsoft cloud application stack alongside Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services, and the implementation aimed to provide unified audio, video and web conferencing capabilities for business stakeholders and application super users across the group, with core operations managed from the Gatwick office.
Microsoft Teams was configured as an integrated collaboration layer, connecting to the company SharePoint tenant and Planner for document collaboration and task management. The implementation leveraged Power Platform capabilities including Power Automate and Power Apps to automate standard collaboration workflows and to surface Dynamics 365 data inside Teams, reflecting the organization level emphasis on Power Platform and D365 Customer Engagement development expertise.
Operational integrations explicitly included Dynamics 365, Navision 2016 and Gold Vision CRM as part of broader application interoperability work, and the Teams rollout was coordinated with third party CRM support partners involved in D365 upgrades and integrations. SharePoint development was extended via SPFx to support document migration and site administration requirements, and Teams worked as a front end for cloud application flows and user interactions.
Governance and operational processes emphasized formal ownership and support, with oversight by the Group Head of Business Applications, 3rd level application support responsibilities, escalation to technology partners where required, and strict adherence to rigorous user acceptance testing and entry into service processes. Documentation, technical architecture artifacts and daily data integrity management were mandated to maintain compliance and operational continuity across the Air Partner business applications estate.

| Zoominfo | Legacy | Zoominfo Platform | Account Based Marketing | CRM | n/a | 2024 | 2024 |
In 2024 Air Partner deployed Zoominfo Platform to support its Account Based Marketing initiatives. The implementation is instrumented on the corporate website to capture account level intent signals and identify contacts for both inbound lead qualification and targeted outbound engagement.
Zoominfo Platform was configured to emphasize account identification, intent signal capture, contact enrichment, and engagement orchestration, applying Account Based Marketing capabilities such as account scoring and targeted content delivery. Configuration focused on standardizing account and contact data, enabling segmented account lists for campaign execution and personalization on web properties.
Operational coverage centers on Marketing and Sales functions, with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation using the platform to qualify target accounts and trigger personalized outreach. Deployment is proportionate to a 500 employee transportation firm and is focused on website level instrumentation and high value account workflows rather than broad enterprise infrastructure changes.
Governance and workflow changes established centralized target account selection, defined enrichment cadence, and campaign orchestration ownership within Marketing Operations. The rollout was phased across website pages to control data capture and to align operational processes with consent and privacy controls.
