Operational governance emphasized centralized administration of phone numbers, call routing policies and support procedures within FFHS IT, while provisioning and operational workflows were aligned to Microsoft Teams administration. The Sipcall Internet implementation improved unified communications at FFHS and reduced telephony costs in Switzerland.
