Operational coverage included plant floor production, warehouse operations, purchasing, sales order management and accounting, with system design sized to support additional production lines and future site activations.
Project governance combined a small internal IT team with Expertum Consulting driving configuration, cutover and go live activities, which contributed to recognition with the Gold Best of Customer Success Award 2023 in Rapid Time to Value.
