The supplier filled 100% of backlogged vacancies within six weeks, achieved a 93% vacancy fill ratio and continued resource supply on an exclusive basis, a model reported to have materially reduced hiring cost and enabled BAE Systems to run multiple concurrent SAP-enabled business transformation programmes.
