Barcode and transaction processing via handheld devices were instrumented across goods receipt goods issue pick put away confirmation and POD processes. The rollout covered new plant onboarding and remote logistics sites in Indonesia.
Project governance emphasized workshops and presentations to validate business processes with MM and WM user communities, formal test cycles and documentation of the SAP implementation, and end user training for MM and WM teams. Post implementation activities provided production support and iterative improvements focused on master data purchasing inventory management logistic invoice verification logistic execution and remote logistic management.
