Configuration work focused on core Payroll,Core HR capabilities, including payroll processing, employee records management, payslip generation and statutory compliance reporting. The Colppy e-Sueldos implementation included automation for recurring payroll runs and role based access controls to align HR workflows with bank compliance requirements.
Paobank integrated CRIF and RegTech partner Know Your Customer into the bank's digital onboarding pipeline to enable real-time registry connections that auto-retrieve corporate documents and map shareholder structures. Those integrations were applied to SME onboarding workflows to streamline KYC and AML checks alongside the Colppy e-Sueldos rollout, improving the linkage between customer due diligence and payroll/customer profile capture.
Governance changes embedded automated KYC and AML checkpoints into onboarding and centralized document retrieval to reduce manual handling. The program targeted SME onboarding in Hong Kong and aimed to reduce manual work and speed up customer due diligence for the bank.
