The Virto Commerce eCommerce implementation consolidated an extensive catalog of around 4 million products and launched localized webstores serving both B2B and B2C customers. Mardi Gras served as the implementation partner for the project.
The headless architecture centralized catalog management and storefront delivery, separating API driven commerce services from presentation layers to enable varied storefronts and faster frontend experimentation. The implementation delivered 1 second search indexing and native multi currency support for EUR and SEK, and enabled catalog indexation and storefront configuration to accelerate time to market for additional country storefronts. Storefront management and catalog publishing capabilities were configured to support localized content and regional pricing flows.
Operational scope covered European markets with distinct B2B and B2C commerce operations, aligning product management, digital sales, and customer experience teams to the Virto Commerce platform. Mardi Gras executed the multi store rollout and standardized deployment processes to launch localized experiences across countries. Governance established catalog publishing workflows, storefront configuration controls, and regional rollout procedures to maintain consistency while enabling rapid country level launches.
