Operational coverage spanned FP&A, retail, wholesale and PowerGen business functions, with planning granularity by turbine, site and contract and consolidated reporting across projects, CapEx and workforce. The integrated architecture supported automated data flow between retail, wholesale and PowerGen domains to maintain a consistent data model for planning and close processes.
