The project was delivered with systems integrator Mastek and change management consultancy Socitm Advisory, with operational scope covering finance, procurement, HR and payroll functions across Lambeth Council which serves an approximate population of 320,000.
Governance and rollout were driven by a joint Lambeth, Mastek and Socitm Advisory delivery team, using phased testing cycles, targeted user education and training to support adoption. The go live for Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud and the wider suite was reported as successful, with the council citing improved usability and user experience and a reduction in ongoing costs and internal resource requirements.

Mastek acted as the system integrator for the rollout, coordinating configuration, testing and cutover activities across operations, supply chain, procurement and finance functions. Governance controls and process alignment workstreams were instituted to align operational procedures to the new cloud services and to ensure consistent master data and transaction governance across the implemented Oracle suite.
