In 2019 Akten Cosmetics Turkey implemented Workcube CRM across its Istanbul operations, with the project delivered by implementation partner Mifa Bilgi Sistemleri and the solution going live in April 2019. The deployment centralized the Workcube CRM application to support sales and customer management while extending the platform to broader operational domains within the business.
The implementation digitized end-to-end processes including production, finance, e-commerce and sales/CRM, with explicit CRM usage for managing contacts, offers and sales follow-up. Functional capabilities implemented included contact and opportunity management, offer processing and sales follow-up workflows, together with lot tracking and consolidated reporting to support production and quality traceability.
Architecturally the rollout established a centralized Workcube instance serving Istanbul sites and integrated transactional capture from mobile and handheld terminal workflows to ensure field and shop-floor data fed back into CRM, production and finance reporting. E-commerce processes were brought into the same operational footprint to unify order and customer data across sales channels.
Governance and process work focused on configuring CRM workflows for sales follow-up and offers while restructuring handheld terminal procedures for lot-level tracking and reporting. The case study cites improvements in lot tracking, reporting and mobile and handheld terminal workflows as explicit outcomes of the Workcube CRM implementation.
