Microsoft PerformancePoint was configured to deliver daily KPI access and operational scorecards, and the deployment emphasized self-service reporting and mobile dashboard delivery for field sales roles.
Integrations focused on assembling sales and operations reporting feeds on the Microsoft stack, consolidating analyst workspaces and mobile access through SharePoint and PerformancePoint Services. Operational scope included global sales and operations functions, with primary business function impact on sales analytics, operations reporting and the company analyst community.
